We see ourselves as an ecosystem around Building Excellence and are convinced that by innovating together, better solutions emerge faster. Therefore, we are committed to the “Open Innovation” philosophy and maintain a holistic view. With our five labs, we cover the ecologically, technologically, economically, digitally and socially relevant aspects in the context of the built environment.
Our labs serve as working vessels where we bring different stakeholders together thematically. Regular lab sessions provide for exchange and set impulses with the aim of launching joint projects. The Lab teams provide methodical support in the early phase and accelerate activities in the innovation process.

At the Switzerland Innovation Park Central, business, science and the public sector work together on specific issues with a focus on building excellence. The overriding goal is a built environment worth living in. The focus is on the creation of wealth and well-being for people as well as the digitalization and optimization of buildings, sites and the built environment in the system and life cycle. The projects benefit from interdisciplinary competencies and diverse expertise.
